Our CEO and founder, Colas Marjorie, is an experienced leader of leaders with 20 years in the Hospitality Industry working for Fortune 100 companies. She has a proven track record in Human Resources, Public Speaking, and Lodging Operations.
Miss Colas graduated from Rollins College with a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication and a minor in Professional Writing in 2016. In May 0f 2018, she earned an Executive MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business Rollins College, one of the most respected programs as ranked in several national rankings of business schools. Bloomberg BusinessWeek, Forbes, and The Princeton Review, to name a few. As a constant learner, Miss Colas is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership and Business Administration.
She has a passion for inclusion and compassion to develop tomorrow’s leaders through motivation, empowerment, and coaching. She has been serving her Central Florida Community for 13 years in various capacities as a mentor with the YMCA Black Achievers Program, and at several local churches and private organizations.
She has served as a bridge to connect people from various backgrounds with the belief that everyone plays a role in society. Being of Haitian descent, Miss Colas has done an exceptional job bringing Haiti’s rich and dignified culture to light by educating and influencing leaders at all levels within the community.
Miss Colas is a forward-thinker with excellent business acumen and an innovative mindset. She believes that leaders should be learners, and everyone has the potential to be exemplary contributors to our society.
